Upon completion of your order, we will initiate a shipping label with the selected carrier. The tracking number will be emailed to you once the label is generated. You can track your shipment directly through the carrier.
Cold shipping is available upon request, however, with lyophilized peptides (freeze-dried powder form), refrigeration is not necessary. We ship our research peptides in secure, damage-resistant packaging to ensure safe delivery to your doorstep.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Delays may occur during peak times, but we’ll notify you if that happens.
Lyophilized peptides (freeze-dried powder form) can be stable at room temperature for up to 2 years, sometimes longer depending on the compound. However, once your peptide has been reconstituted, refrigeration is necessary between uses. Reconstituted peptides that are stored in the refrigerator should be used within 30-45 days for optimal potency. For optimal longevity and stability, store at 2–8°C or as instructed.
