Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales made through Proliven Labs are considered final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds on peptide products under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind or order error
- Improper storage after delivery
- Incorrect usage or product misunderstanding
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, we’re here to help. Please contact us at support@prolivenlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item(s) and packaging (if damaged)
- A brief description of the issue
We will investigate and, if applicable, provide a replacement or store credit. We do not offer cash refunds unless legally required.
Cold Chain Shipping Disclaimer
Our peptides are shipped with cold packs to ensure stability. However, minor fluctuations during shipping do not compromise product integrity if the peptides are stored properly upon arrival. It is your responsibility to refrigerate or freeze peptides immediately after delivery as recommended.
Policy Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued at our sole discretion in rare cases such as documented delivery failure or duplicate orders caused by a system error.
