Proliven Labs does not make any claims regarding the effectiveness, safety, or suitability of any product for medical or therapeutic use. All information provided on our website is for research and informational purposes only.

You must be 21 years or older to purchase from our store. We reserve the right to deny service or cancel orders if we believe the customer does not meet appropriate research qualifications or is attempting to misuse our products.

All Proliven Labs peptides are manufactured in small batches and tested by third-party laboratories. Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are available for every batch and can be accessed via our COA Lookup page using your vial’s batch number.

We ship all orders using temperature-controlled packaging to preserve product stability. All orders are shipped within 1–2 business days unless otherwise stated. Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping addresses are correct at the time of purchase.

Due to the sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns on any peptide products. If your order arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, please contact us at support@prolivenlabs.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist accordingly.

Proliven Labs shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from this website. The user assumes all responsibility for proper handling and compliance with applicable research and safety protocols.
